Cindrella Cake
I loved making this birthday cake for a sweet little girl from Selebi-Phikwe. It was first time that I tried to make such cake and I learned a lot of new techniques. The cake had to travel 400 kms before being part o the celebration and I held my breath till its arrival there for intactness ! Will experiment more on new designs as requested.

Teddy Bear, Winnie the Pooh, Soccer Ball and Jersey, Purse Cake
Hi Friends ! Its has been a long spell of inactivity...office work, new year works, an official trip to India and academic pursuit are keeping me busy and I have not been able to make cakes, as often as I would have liked too. Was busy with my proposal for Phd and finally received my admission at University of South Africa. These are some of the cakes that I made for some friends from Gaborone, who I could not refuse, especially for kids, who were celebrating their birthdays. Will continue to learn and indulge in creativity.

Dress Birthday Cake
This dress cake was for my friend's daughter who was turning One. The theme of this cake was based on the dress that she wore in the evening. It was new learning of the process on how to shape the profile of the cake - three eggless cakes of flavours of chocolate and vanilla with white chocolate ganache.

Four Tier Wedding Cake: Cascadiing Roses
This wedding cake was made for a couple from Gaborone whose wedding theme was shade of yellow with an off white background. An interesting challenge to place roses on the fruitcakes with fragile petals snugged and tucked between themselves. Every cake that I make teaches me so much more that in fact, each cake is always different from the earlier one
