Birthday Cake:Hearts with Wine Glasses - December 2008

This birthday cake(s) was made for a couple, who were celebrating their births on earth together. It is a wonderful coincidence and I thought to join the hearts together for the celebration of life with two wine glasses, a scroll of wishes and two white roses. The cake is also laid on the fondant cloth with small silver balls strewn all over.
One gets wind beneath the creativity wings, when one shares and discusses the theme with friends and dear ones and it was my hubby's idea for this heart-shaped wine glasses. Especially this filigree work was interesting to experiment with. I hope you all like my theme ! I have received some further appreciations from you all and i will display them soon. Thank you.

Hi Anamika,

Loved the cakes and all decorations. I love to decorate cakes myself although I do it for fun and only once in a while. I would like to know the process to make the wine glasses though. They are soo pretty!!

Thanks,
