Dress Birthday Cake

 

This dress cake was for my friend's daughter who was turning One. The theme of this cake was based on the dress that she wore in the evening. It was new learning of the process on how to shape the profile of the cake - three eggless cakes of flavours of chocolate and vanilla with white chocolate ganache. 

Two Layer Topsy Turvy Birthday Cake

I always wanted to make a topsy turvy cake and understand the technique on making it. My friend's daughter in Gaborone was turning 18 and she wanted me to make this cake. It was a great learning on perfection and I made this thick moist two layer chocolate cake with layers within each layer.

First of all, let me wish everyone a very happy Blessed 2013...the journey continues and as I move along, i wish that I keep on improving and be a good learner and a student.

This wedding cake was made for a wonderful bride and bridegroom from Gaborone whose wedding theme was purple and off-white.

Symbolic Spiderman

An attempt to make a symbolic spiderman for a lovely baby from Gaborone
